We went to a Chinese restaurant the other day.
We ordered these noodle bowls. I'm not sure what they are called in English, but they are called Jajang-myun and Jjam-bbong in Korean. They are considered one of the Koreans' favorite food. I've loved them since I was little.
I've been to Beijing, China once but these menu items are nowhere to be found in any restaurant in China. At least the ones I've visited.
I've heard that Chinese people created these recipes specifically for Koreans' taste, so these menu items only exist in Korean Chinese restaurants.
I've also heard that Spaghetti's origin is Chinese noodles.
